The Role

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of an upcoming $40M project. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a high-profile development and make a significant impact within a leading construction firm.

The Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects.
• Monitor financial performance and timelines, ensuring key targets are achieved.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Stability with previous employers
• Previous experience with a well-known commercial builder.
• Minimum 3 years previous experience in a Site Manager role within commercial construction overseeing projects valued $30m+.
