Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Lead a large team of subcontractors and site staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Ensure projects meet safety, budget, and timeline targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with WHS regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve site challenges swiftly to keep the project on track.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage high-performing teams.
• Extensive knowledge of WHS requirements, Australian building codes, and regulations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Perth-based experience is essential.
