Engineering Project Manager (x3) – Major Maritime Infrastructure Projects
📍 Location: Fremantle, WA
⏳ Contract: 6 months (ASAP start, notice periods considered)
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
💰 Rate: $80/hr (flat rate)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened for three Engineering Project Managers to join a well-established organisation responsible for managing one of Western Australia’s most vital maritime gateways. Based in Fremantle, you’ll be part of a high-performing Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), delivering key projects across maintenance, electrical, and technology domains.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple infrastructure and engineering projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline requirements are met.
🔹 Develop and maintain essential project management documents, including Business Requirements, Scopes of Work, Project Plans, Schedules, and Closure Reports.
🔹 Prepare and present Final Investment Decisions with accurate cost estimates to secure budget approvals.
🔹 Identify, manage, and report on project risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure smooth execution.
🔹 Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, influencing key project outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔️ Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
✔️ Proven experience in project management within infrastructure, maintenance, or electrical projects.
✔️ Strong knowledge of project controls, change management, scheduling, and risk management.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
