Core Talent is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join a client on various Tier 1 projects in Sydney. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in high-pressure environments in a team. You will closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers, assisting with project coordination, ensuring seamless execution, and facilitating effective communication across all teams.

The Duties:

• Managing budgets, handling purchase orders, and overseeing supplier payments
• Facilitating clear communication between clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure efficient project execution
• Supporting contract management, including processing variations and tracking progress claims
• Upholding safety protocols and quality assurance measures to maintain compliance with industry standards
• Assisting in the planning, structuring, and implementation of project timelines and schedules

About You:

• Project Planning & Organisation - Ability to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management - Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Budget & Financial Tracking - Understanding of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and cost management.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability - Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and adapt to changing project demands.
• Knowledge of Compliance & Safety Standards - Familiarity with construction regulations, permits, and workplace health and safety requirements.
