Are you looking for a unique opportunity where your role will evolve as you grow with the business?
This is not your typical admin role - this is a chance to work closely with senior management, providing high-level support while also gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and assistant project management.
Suited to someone driven, adaptable and ready to take ownership, this role will see you involved in everything from PA style support to assisting in the delivery of key construction projects.
If you have proven experience in the construction industry within project coordination or a similar capacity, and you're looking for a role where you can truly make an impact, this could be the perfect fit.
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Support 2 Directors/Senior Project Managers
- Oversee smooth run of the office
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and various stakeholders
- Be across projects - assist with project forecasting, progress claims and ensuring construction projects are completed on time and within budget
- Diary and email management
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Ensure insurances and licences are up to date
- Fleet management
- Maintain basic HR documentation for new staff and assist with onboarding + order uniforms etc
- Organise staff events, morning teas etc
- Documentation using MSOffice +inhouse Project Management system
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Ad hoc administrative and organisational duties
You will be absolutely PERFECT for this role if you:
- Qualifications in construction/project management highly regarded
- You are a driven, motivated individual who wants a career, not just a job!
- Have proven PA or project coordination experience in the building/construction or similar industry and wanting to continue to grow and develop your career
- You have outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Want to grow and develop with a business as they continue to grow
- Happy to take on more menial tasks, but also the ability to take on the more complex tasks and challenges that may come within the role
- Have a passion for working in the construction industry
- Most importantly, you are a team player who enjoys building excellent relationships within your managers, team and clients!
- Happy to be based in office 5 days per week
