About the role
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our project operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Your role will be instrumental in managing project documentation, streamlining communication, and keeping critical tasks on track.
Working closely with our Project Coordinator and Project Managers, you’ll help ensure deadlines are met, records are up to date, and all stakeholders remain informed. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to meaningful, real-world environmental and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, collecting and managing project documentation, reports, and records.
- Assisting with Journey Management Plans
- Booking project accommodation
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues as needed.
- Support the preparation of project reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and updating project plans.
- Carry out duties as directed by the Project Coordinator and Operations Manager.
About you
- Education & Experience: A qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.
- Organisation & Time Management: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while keeping everything on track and meeting deadlines.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and problem-solving.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), with the ability to manage and organise project documentation efficiently.
- Proactive & Adaptable: Whether working independently or as part of a team, you’re a self-starter who takes initiative and adapts quickly to challenges.
