About the Role

As an APS 6 Learning and Development Officer, you will lead the development of a coaching and mentoring program for staff with diverse needs.

You will also play a key role in mapping content requirements and designing learning solutions that support a diverse workforce.

What You Will Do

• Create interactive eLearning resources using Articulate Storyline or other authoring tools.
• Analyse learning needs and produce creative, high-impact training experiences.
• Develop end-to-end learning programs that are accessible and inclusive.
• Apply inclusive design principles to support different learning styles.
• Use industry best practices and adult learning methodologies to enhance existing tools, templates, and processes.

What You Will Bring

• Experience designing and developing learning programs that drive meaningful engagement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Expertise in Articulate Storyline or other eLearning development tools.
• A structured approach to mapping content requirements for tailored learning experiences.
• A passion for accessibility, diversity, and creating learning environments that support all individuals.
