About the Role
As an APS 6 Learning and Development Officer, you will lead the development of a coaching and mentoring program for staff with diverse needs.
You will also play a key role in mapping content requirements and designing learning solutions that support a diverse workforce.
What You Will Do
- Create interactive eLearning resources using Articulate Storyline or other authoring tools.
- Analyse learning needs and produce creative, high-impact training experiences.
- Develop end-to-end learning programs that are accessible and inclusive.
- Apply inclusive design principles to support different learning styles.
- Use industry best practices and adult learning methodologies to enhance existing tools, templates, and processes.
What You Will Bring
- Experience designing and developing learning programs that drive meaningful engagement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline or other eLearning development tools.
- A structured approach to mapping content requirements for tailored learning experiences.
