Role Overview
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be a key player in the seamless execution of high-volume learning programs across multiple locations. You will take ownership of coordinating logistics such as room bookings, catering orders, and facilitator communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will also involve supporting the HR team with administrative tasks like invoicing, managing the HR inbox, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities
- Manage the logistics of learning programs, including room bookings, catering orders, and liaising with facilitators regarding room setup and parking arrangements.
- Send pre- and post-work emails to participants, including evaluation forms, and follow up on completions to ensure feedback is received.
- Provide generalist administrative support such as invoicing, managing the HR inbox, and maintaining employee records (Variation/Parental Leave/MTC letters).
- Work closely with reception teams across various office and external facilitators to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Utilise SAP SuccessFactors (or similar LMS) to mark attendance, monitor participation, and generate reports on training completion.
- Ensure all logistical aspects of training programs are ready before sessions, including setting up rooms, preparing materials, and confirming catering orders.
- Assist with the coordination of both bespoke in-house training sessions and deployment of online courses.
- Greet and assist facilitators upon arrival, ensuring their needs are met for a successful session
Candidate Profile
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 1-2 years of experience in learning and development coordination and office administration. Skilled in logistics management, scheduling, and facilitating smooth training operations, you thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments. With a strong eye for detail and a passion for organisation, you excel at balancing multiple tasks, from coordinating learning programs to managing administrative responsibilities like invoicing and HR-related paperwork. You're eager to contribute to business growth by improving processes and ensuring the seamless delivery of training initiatives. Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-driven, you will play a key role in supporting both the learning and development and administrative functions, contributing to the continued success and growth of the business.
