Our government client is looking to engage a Learning Management System Officer for a short-term project (4-6 months) to assist the People and Culture team.

Role Details:

• Location: Based in Canberra, Sydney, or Brisbane
• Hybrid: WFH options available (minimum 2 office days per week).

• The People Performance and Culture (PPC) team supports employees to achieve their best performance

• Works across multiple HR disciplines to meet customer needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Management System Content Development

• Provide user support, answer queries, and deliver training sessions
• Collaborate with ICT and project teams to transfer learning data
• Evaluate and recommend external learning resources
• Assist with other Learning & Development and LMS tasks

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous Government experience is highly desirable
• Strong generalist HR background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively
• Professional, ethical, and constructive approach to work
