About the company:

They are looking for an experience Senior Project Manager to work with a key client in the data centre space - to oversee multiple critical environment construction projects.

What your day looks like:

• Oversee the successful delivery of client projects within the critical environment sector.
• Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
• Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring projects meet key milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor program performance, produce progress reports, and proactively address risks and issues to ensure seamless project execution.

About you:

• Ideally 10+ years of Senior Project Management working client side or for a builder.
• Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
• Strong business development skills with a history of fostering client relationships for future opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, risk management, and communication abilities to drive team and client success.
