The Role

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $100M+ multi-residential project. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a high-profile development and make a significant impact within a leading construction firm.

The Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects.
• Monitor financial performance and timelines, ensuring key targets are achieved.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale, high-rise, multi-residential construction projects.
• Minimum 3-5 years in commercial construction, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale projects.
• A tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is highly regarded.
