Therefore, they are seeking an Adelaide-based senior project manager to start their flagship projects next month.

The Project

This Senior Project Manager will run a 15-storey renovation spanning almost 200 rooms, and a new façade will be added over the next year.

The whole building has been completely stripped, ready, and primed for renovation and turned into a commercial hotel by the end of the year.

The Opportunity

This opportunity would suit a Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager depending on your skill set, experience, and project background.

You would naturally have been in the construction industry in a project management capacity for at least 10 years, preferably over 15 years, starting as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator in your formative years.

Sadly, this one doesn't include a career as a Foreman or Site Manager, as the Construction Manager pathway wouldn't be attainable without a degree and a CA background.

They develop, build, and lease projects as small as $5M and go as large as $300M, so you would never be bored and continuously learn.

After this project, you could potentially run Adelaide’s entire construction division while learning the development side of the business over time.

Long story short, the opportunity to be the Construction Manager in the near future is also up for grabs.
