We’re thrilled to offer a 6-month contract (with the possibility of extension) for an Insurance Advisor / Client Liaison position with one of our reputable clients based in Melbourne. *Please note: The $90,000 salary is prorated based on a standard 37.5-hour working week*
As part of a respected government entity, you’ll play a vital role in delivering Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance services to legal practitioners, supporting the renewal process, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do Day to Day:
- Process insurance applications and renewals: Ensure timely and accurate handling of all relevant information.
- Serve as the main point of contact: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries from legal practitioners and law firms.
- Support underwriting: Gather necessary details from practitioners and firms to ensure proper coverage.
- Assist with mergers and transitions: Help facilitate smooth insurance updates during practice mergers or transitions.
- Maintain accurate records: Ensure all records are organized and up-to-date within designated systems.
- Enhance processes and documentation: Regularly review and improve insurance documentation and workflows.
- Collaborate with teams: Work cross-functionally to support broader organizational goals.

What Skills Do You Need for This Position?
