Part-Time Internal Recruiter. Recruiting high volume Trades & Apprentices.

📍 Tarneit⏳ Part-Time & office based (2 - 3 days per week / school hours if needed) | 💰 $100K pro rata

You will be working for a privately owned construction business that has huge growth plans! Located in Tarneit, you will report into the Managing Director & will be responsible for attracting & hiring candidates for their construction projects.

They will be making 20 key hires before the end of the year & they need someone who can drive this recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with the Site Managers of each project and you role will be to ensure we have the right staff to execute these projects.

What you will do:

Source and attract talent for our current projects & upcoming projects

Work with Site Managers to understand their needs

Support hiring managers with selection and onboarding

You will have proven sourcing skills & will know how to find talent quickly

Develop a pipeline of talent & be able to work to tight deadlines with Site Managers

Develop strong relationships with potential candidates & be able to sell the story and benefits of this company's brand

We are looking for someone with proven recruitment experience in a fast paced recruitment environment. You will need to demonstrate your ability to communicate and build strong relationships with candidates in this industry sector.
