We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Business Development | Sales Consultant (Part-time) to join our blue collar team based NOR. This role would suit a seasoned recruitment sales person wanting to work between 15 and 20 hours per week developing new business. We believe in good old fashioned sales techniques and old fashioned values, where good service and face to face relationship building still matters.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold-calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in the blue-collar industry, such as construction companies, manufacturing firms, and trade professionals.
- Present and promote our work force solutions and services to potential customers, emphasising their value and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a blue-collar industry (e.g., construction, manufacturing, logistics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report sales activities.
- Adept at managing administrative tasks that are generated with this type of work to ensure compliance and industry standards being met.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
