What You’ll Do:

• Lead a hybrid recruitment desk, managing both temp and perm roles in the Allied Health space.
• Develop and mentor a team of both experienced and green consultants, ensuring they thrive in their recruitment careers.
• Drive business development and strategic sourcing, opening doors and expanding market reach across government, private, NFP, and NGO organisations.
• Stay close to the action—leading by doing. Whether it’s bringing in new business, covering desks during leave, or ensuring your team operates at peak performance, you’ll be hands-on.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences, ensuring we remain a market leader in healthcare recruitment.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where agility, resilience, and a results-driven mindset will set you apart.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in agency recruitment, preferably within Allied Health, healthcare, or another professional services sector.
• A strong track record in temp or perm recruitment, with the ability to drive results, win new business, and grow market share.
• An engaging leadership style, with the ability to coach and develop consultants at all levels.
• A passion for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, navigating complex agreements, and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
• A growth mindset – you see opportunities everywhere and thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
