About the role

Glow Healthcare Agency is seeking an experienced Allied Health Manager to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our allied health services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the allied health team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists and rehabilitation specialists
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments to optimise resource utilisation and patient flow
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and quality assurance measures to maintain clinical excellence
• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development opportunities for the allied health team
• Liaise with other healthcare providers and referral sources to ensure seamless patient care
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Participate in the strategic planning and budgeting process for the allied health services

What we're looking for

• Degree in an allied health discipline (e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy) with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience
• Proven track record of managing and leading an allied health team in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients, clinicians and other stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address complex clinical and operational challenges
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive evidence-based decision-making
• Commitment to continuous professional development and the delivery of high-quality patient care
