We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Practice Manager to lead and inspire our reception team across our thriving group of physiotherapy clinics. Based at our Hope Island clinic, this is a leadership opportunity to work closely with our directors and play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our reception and front desk teams across multiple clinics. This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading people, thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment, and is passionate about creating exceptional first impressions for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team of receptionists across multiple clinic locations
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the reception and front-of-house functions
• Collaborate closely with Directors to deliver exceptional patient care and team outcomes
• Manage rosters, reception procedures, and performance expectations
• Support team recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and patient service
• Implement improvements that enhance client experience and streamline workflow
• Act as the key point of contact for reception-related matters

Essential Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Confident using practice management software (e.g. PracSuite, Cliniko, Nookal – or willingness to learn)
• Experience managing or supervising teams
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• High standard of professional conduct and confidentiality
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
• A driver’s licence and reliable transport (some travel between sites may be required)

Desirable (but not essential):

• Previous experience in allied health, physiotherapy, medical, or wellness clinics
• Exposure to rostering, recruitment, or business development projects
