Role Overview: Digital Account Manager / Business Development Manager
Are you an experienced Digital Account Manager ready to take your career to the next level? AdTorque Edge is seeking a driven professional to manage and grow key client accounts, with a focus on e-commerce platforms, dealer websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing digital projects and client relationships who’s looking to evolve into a sales-focused role. You’ll continue providing top-notch account management services while identifying opportunities for growth and helping clients expand their digital presence.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored digital solutions and building long-term partnerships with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients across automotive e-commerce platforms, dealer websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of digital services and ongoing account success.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals and recommend tailored digital solutions to help them grow.
- Collaborate with internal teams (web development, SEO, SEM, creative) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Analyze campaign and website performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize results.
- Identify upsell opportunities, presenting new products and services that add value to the client’s digital strategy.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that align with client objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and automotive retail to offer innovative ideas and strategies.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to account growth, client satisfaction, and new business development.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in digital account management, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Proven experience managing websites, e-commerce platforms, or digital campaigns (SEM, display, social media).
- Experience working with automotive dealers or in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- A genuine interest in transitioning into a more sales-oriented role, with the ambition to grow client accounts and achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and website best practices (SEO, analytics, UX, conversion optimization).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital concepts in simple terms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive, client-first approach.
