The Role

We are looking for a Sales & Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in bringing new clients on board. You will be responsible for handling sales calls with prospects, educating them about our marketing and SEO services, and signing them up as clients. Once onboarded, you will also maintain relationships to ensure long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct sales calls with inbound and outbound prospects, understanding their marketing needs.
✅ Present and educate potential clients about SoudCoh’s services, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
✅ Close deals and sign new clients onto our digital marketing or SEO packages.
✅ Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
✅ Maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to improve sales processes and client retention.

What We’re Looking For

2-3+ years experience in sales (preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment).
Understanding of selling Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and SEO services is highly preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
