IT Support Engineer/ IT Technician - Sydney - 70-80K + super
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1/2 IT support across software (primarily Microsoft) and hardware.
The role is based in Sydney but will be supporting multiple office sites so a driving license is essential.
Role Overview:
You will deliver technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and maintain IT systems across various healthcare sites. The role requires travel within a designated area, so you must be self-driven, able to work independently, and manage your time efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1/2 support for Microsoft software (e.g., Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory) and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PCs, printers.
- Perform system updates, software installations, and hardware configurations.
- Travel to multiple sites and ensure timely end user support.
- Work independently
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support, particularly with Microsoft systems (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory) and hardware.
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience with fixes across hardware eg. Printers, laptops
- Experience working with ticketing systems (ITIL)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Full, clean driving license.
