The Learning Design Lead will play a critical role in identifying, researching, designing, and developing learning solutions that align with their business goals. As part of this role, you will collaborate with global teams to create engaging, effective, and future-focused learning programs that support the Risk & Compliance Capability Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learning material aligned with enterprise and divisional priorities and budgets.
  • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet business needs.
  • Track and report on the delivery of activities to meet established milestones and delivery requirements.
  • Conduct research on best practice development tools and methods to enhance the quality of learning programs.
  • Partner with global teams to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Provide reports on design, development, and progress against learning plans and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular assessments of customer experience and satisfaction with learning initiatives.

Experience & Skills Requried:

  • Proven experience in developing learning pathways.
  • Experience leading or participating in the development of integrated global and local learning materials.
  • Deep knowledge of contemporary learning theories and their application in the workplace.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering integrated capability solutions.
  • Familiarity with capability frameworks and their role in business development.
  • Experience in a learning role within a global organisation.
  • Proven ability to develop engaging learning pathways and learning plans.
  • Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders to develop impactful learning offerings.
  • Broad knowledge of learning solutions, providers, and current trends in the industry.
  • Experience defining and deploying learning initiatives within large multinational companies.
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus.
  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
