The Role/Portfolio
Joining and leading a small boutique team with a hands-on approach, you will manage a mixed-use portfolio along with 2 team members.

• A well-managed mixed-use portfolio (size to be determined by candidates experience and hours)
• Manage and run AGMS and other required meetings
• Shared assistant support for admin/accounts
• Managing interactions and building relationships with Committee Members, Owners and Contractors

About you

• A strata manager or senior manager is looking for added responsibility and career advancement.
• Experience managing your own portfolio & an excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
• Team player, happy to fill in and support other team mates when required

• Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
