About the role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties in the Bondi Junction area. In this full-time role, you will leverage your extensive experience in the field to ensure seamless property operations, tenant satisfaction, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including executing lease agreements, conducting property inspections, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties, coordinating with tradespeople and vendors to ensure prompt and high-quality service
• Manage the financial aspects of the portfolio, including rent collection, budget preparation, and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other key stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to more junior members of the property management team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior property management role, preferably within the residential sector
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of property management, including leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools
• A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and industry regulations
