Talent International is searching for 4 experienced Project Support Officers to join a leading government department based in Brisbane CBD on a 12 Month Contract + 12 Month Extension.

The role will support the Human Capital Management Solution program and provide high-quality administrative and executive support to the Director, line managers, and teams within the unit.

Key Focus Areas:

• Budget preparation and management of team expenditure
• Provide advice and support on financial, HR, procurement, asset, and accommodation matters
• Generate reports and assist project staff on financial, IT, and administrative issues
• Collate project information and provide reports for managers
• Organise travel and undertake project tasks as directed
• Manage correspondence, meetings, and appointments for the Director

Requirements:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination across teams and external vendors
• Experience providing secretariat services, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex information, risks, and support project objectives
• Skilled in document management systems (e.g., Content Manager, SharePoint)
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
