ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be managing the Victorian division of 20 team members, including Project Managers, Assessors, Project Coordinators and Admin Staff.

Reporting to the COO, you will be working closely with the Business Operations Manager and Vic head of assessing, also based in Melbourne.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Starting salary $140,000 - $185,000 + super + fully maintained vehicle provided.

ABOUT YOU

• Strong understanding and experience within the insurance building space - ideally within both operations and leadership AND supervising, estimating and assessing.
• Strong understanding of strategy and business - history in revenue growth and cost control
• Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects and able to pick up new systems quickly.
• Trade Certificate, Cert IV Building & Construction or higher qualification highly advantageous.
• Well-presented and professional - ability to deal well with customers and trades.
• Current drivers license.
• Able to commit to the role long-term and willingness to grow with the company.
