You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, steering development and refining their approach to meet the demands of a product-centric business model.

To be successful in this role:

• You will need 3+ years of direct Product Management experience, engineering management a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with experience developing and executing strategies successfully while collaborating cross-functionally and maintaining consensus.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum Product Management. Successful track record of planning and rolling out product
• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
• The ability to internalize and translate a strong mission and vision into a clear product roadmap and requirements.
• Be customer-obsessed. Talking to them, digging in, doing the research, and figuring out what they care about.
• Have a good understanding of product positioning to drive collaboration with Product Marketing.
• Have a strong sense of craft to manage a formalized product process for Road mapping effectively - including Product Requirement Documentation, Design, Testing, Launching, and Measuring.
• Experience of building digital products in the Healthcare / Medical space is advantageous.
