The role

KBS Care and Disability Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – NDIS to oversee our organisation's day-to-day operations. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our NDIS services, ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered to our clients. This is a full-time role based in Blair Athol, SA.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of NDIS service delivery, including rostering, client coordination, and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to drive efficiency and improve client outcomes
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement
  • Lead, develop and mentor a team of care workers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources
  • Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant NDIS, aged care, and disability support regulations and standards
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and other key stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (2+ years) in a similar operations management role within the aged care, disability, or community services sector
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and a proven track record of successfully managing NDIS services
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., health, social services, or business management)
