About the Role

As a JuniorCustomer Research Specialist, you will support research projects that provide valuable insights into customer experiences. You’ll manage research programs, coordinate data collection, and analyse findings to help improve customer outcomes. Your work will influence strategic decisions and enhance customer engagement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage customer research projects, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain and update customer contact lists for research purposes.
• Support the implementation of enterprise-wide customer experience measurement tools.
• Prepare reports and thematic summaries to share insights with key stakeholders.
• Educate and advise teams on applying research findings to improve customer experience.
• Work collaboratively across departments to embed customer insights into decision-making.

About You

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer research.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in research tools and software (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and engaging way.
• Experience managing research projects and working with external agencies.
• A team player with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Background in marketing, behavioural/social sciences, or a related field is preferred.
