Regional Health & Mobility is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist / CPAP Consultant to join our dynamic team in our Gladstone Branch. As part of this role, you will be required to focus on providing support for new and existing CPAP clients and communicating with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• General customer service which will include support for new and existing CPAP clients, including assisting with CPAP set-ups and ongoing service.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and treatment planning for health and mobility items and sleep disorders.
• Sell health and mobility products (including CPAP products) to meet clients' needs and enhance their independence and health outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Qualifications:

• Passion for helping people and improving their quality of life.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Motivated and enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging retail environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Previous experience in healthcare customer service, or CPAP is advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided.
