About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team, providing relief support across multiple branches. This casual role involves assisting customers with face-to-face banking enquiries, handling cash transactions, and referring customers to banking specialists where needed.

Multiple locations available: Adelaide CBD, Thebarton, Gawler, Torrensville, Golden Grove, Loxton, Millicent

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet individual needs.
• Support with cash handling and transactional services.
• Provide guidance and referrals to banking specialists.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Experience (banking/finance experience is advantageous).
• Basic cash handling skills.
• Strong communication and people skills to build rapport with customers.
• Flexibility to be able to travel to surrounding branches.

Hours of Work:
This role required flexibility to work when relief is required:

• Planned Leave: Scheduled in advance where needed.
• Unplanned Leave: Notified prior or on the day.
