About the role

TKW Research Group is looking for casual Market Research Field Interviewers to join our team in Perth. As a Market Research Field Interviewer, you will be responsible for collecting high-quality data through face-to-face surveys with members of the general public who travel on the Perth public transport network. This is a casual position with flexible hours, allowing you to work around your other commitments.

The project will run during March and April 2025

What you'll be doing

• Conducting face to face surveys with members of the public to gather valuable market research data
• Ensuring all data collected is accurate, thorough and meets research standards
• Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with interview participants
• Reporting back on daily activities and submitting completed surveys
• Adhering to all research ethics and compliance requirements
• Shifts from Monday to Saturday with hours from 6am to 6pm available

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record data
• A friendly, professional and approachable manner when interacting with the public
• Experience in market research, customer service or a similar role would be highly regarded but not essential.
• Availability to work flexible hours

• Wages are in line with industry standards from $31.17 per hour upon commencement. Experienced interviewers with proof of 50 hours will start on $37.13 per hour
