Your New Role

As the Service Coordinator, you'll be the key link between customers and technicians. You'll work Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts (overtime $$!), ensuring smooth job scheduling and top-tier customer service. With up to $85K + super + overtime on offer for the right person, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your coordination skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound & outbound customer calls, delivering top-tier service
• Schedule and coordinate jobs
• Follow up on quotes with technicians and customers
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain team communication via WhatsApp & call systems
  

What You'll Need

• Proven Service Coordinator experience
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Professional, positive & solutions-focused attitude
