The Role:

• Coordinate and conduct thorough ingoing, outgoing, and routine property inspections
• Ensure properties are maintained to high standards
• Compile detailed reports and meet established KPIs
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions
• Perform ad hoc PM administrative tasks as required

The Person:

• Entry level candidates considered
• Hold a current certificate of registration or willing to obtain
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and a solid work ethic
• Have a valid drivers license and car
