Your Role:

As our newest team member, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. Your primary focus will be on property management in Melbourne but with travel and work across Victoria. Drawing on your knowledge of the Victorian real estate market, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring their seamless management and maximum profitability. We are open to recruiting candidates who are more experienced professionals looking to maximise work and lifestyle balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct entry, routine and exit inspections.
• End-to-end managment of circa 70 properties.
• Market properties for let and manage the letting process.
• Manage maintenance requests and source relevant trades.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and prospecting of new landlords.
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and rental yields.
• Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and vendors to address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends, legislative changes, and industry best practices in property management.
• Work alongside a senior property manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must hold an Agent's Representative Certificate as a minimum standard.
• Proven track record of success in maximising rental income and property values if an experienced property manager.
• Have the ability and knowledge to use our property manager CRM Console Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to property management (if an experienced property manager)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
