We’re known for delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers, and we’re looking for someone who shares our high standards and professional approach.

What You Won’t Have to Worry About

We believe in letting our Property Managers focus on what they do best – managing relationships and properties. That’s why we’ve removed many of the typical time-consuming tasks, including:

• New tenant application processing
• Lease preparation documents and follow-up
• Advertising and portal uploads
• Trust accounting and owner disbursements
• Invoicing of water bills
• Conducting routine inspections
• Attending leasing inspections
• Managing tenant vacates and the final bond process
• Arrears management
• Exit inspections

These responsibilities are all taken care of by our experienced support team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Upholding our strong values and work ethic in delivering first-class property management service to our portfolio
• Nurturing owner relationships
• Coordinating and following up on repairs and maintenance
• Conducting rent/lease reviews
• Carrying out entry condition/property reports
• Reviewing routine inspection reports and scheduling property improvements/works
• Overseeing tenant vacates
• Managing QCAT and insurance claims
• Working closely with and mentoring our Assistant Property Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration
• Valid driver’s licence
• Previous experience in property management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude
