The position, but not limited to:

• Clean and small portfolio (the PM is taking a step back however staying in the company, so you will have an amazing handover)
• Effectively liaise with tenants
• Conduct routine & final inspections
• Complete maintenance management
• No Leasing, BDM or Trust

The Candidate:

• Property management experience is essential
• A current WA Certificate of Property Management Registration & driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
• A positive attitude is a MUST in this office
