Are you a customer-focused, detail-driven professional with a passion for real estate? We’re looking for a Property Manager to join our clients team.

• Part-time role – 4 days per week (9 AM – 2 PM, Saturdays as required)
• Location – Burpengary East

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with inspections, entries/exits, and routine checks
• Liaise with tenants and landlords
• Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements
• Maintain property listings and follow business procedures
• Provide top-tier customer service

What You Need:

• Queensland Real Estate Licence
• 2+ years’ experience in residential leasing or property management
• Strong admin & tech skills (MS Office, SNUG, Console Cloud)
• A driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
