HR Advisor - 4 month contract - Not-for-Profit

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Join a dynamic Not-for-Profit organization in Melbourne as a HR Advisor on a 3-month contract, where your expertise will directly contribute to the organisation achieving its goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions and provide advice.
• Provide comprehensive HR support across a range of areas, contributing to the organization's success.
• Navigate complex situations with agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in a broad HR generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong track record in recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptable, agile, and resilient—thriving under pressure with a proactive mindset.
