As a Human Resources Advisor, you will deliver strategic HR support, specialising in performance management, recruitment, and key HR initiatives. Description
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
- Provide advice and support to managers on performance management issues, participate in performance meetings, and prepare necessary correspondence.
- Undertake research and analysis of HR legislation, directives, and policies, providing solution-focused recommendations.
- Drive recruitment processes, including participation in panel interviews, managing pre-employment screenings, and onboarding new employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to HR projects, supporting the achievement of corporate goals and enhancing business outcomes.
Profile
The successful applicant will have experience as an HR Advisor ideally within the government sector. You will possess;
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures and legislation.
- Ability to build effective relationships with leaders, team members, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coaching skills to guide leaders through performance management and HR obligations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
