The HR Advisor role will be critical to the success of this transformation, working across a dynamic and project-driven portfolio. You will play a vital role in supporting the HR needs ensuring HR services align with the goals of the team and contribute to the delivery of key rail infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and assess resourcing needs across the branch
• Draft, review, and update role descriptions, ensuring they reflect the needs of the business and align with project requirements.
• Implement contemporary HR practices, policies, and frameworks
• Prepare high-quality HR-related correspondence, briefs, reports, and resource requests
• Provide support to the Principal HR Advisor to build and mature HR service delivery across the branch

About You
We are looking for an HR professional who is capable of working independently within a fast-paced and project-focused environment.

To thrive in this role, you must possess a strong background in human resources, with recent Queensland Government experience, and be committed to supporting the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
