Your new role
The HR Advisor provides guidance to managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, professional development, performance management, and separation. They also offer coaching support to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent and timely customer service to managers, staff, and external parties.
• Collaborate closely with Occupational Health & Safety.
• Report to the Manager Human Resources.
• Provide high-standard, customer-centric services.
• Assist in improving systems and processes within their assigned area.
• Take a hands-on approach to operational processes and problem-solving.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have held a similar role, have a Working with Children's Check and be available to start after March long weekend.

This role is initially for 3 months with the strong potential of going perm.
Paying around $55 p/hr + super.
