The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for providing operational support for settlements of FX and Money Market transactions for corporate clients. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and experience in financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Treasury products transactions, including confirmation, positioning, settlement.
• Input/check transactions accurately and error-free within prescribed cut-off times.
• RBA RITS and Nostro Reconciliation.
• Review, investigate, and report discrepancies, ensuring tracers are sent to counterparties.
• Provide backup and operational support to other departments, particularly Money Market Operations, and participate in cross-training and refresher training initiatives.

About You:

• 1-2 years' experience in financial services, ideally within banking and treasury operations.
• Exposure to Global Markets, Financial Markets, or Back Office Operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets products.
• Proficient with SWIFT processing/payments, system knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
