We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Operations and Data Manager to join McGrath Toowoomba, one of the leaders in the real estate industry. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence, and we are seeking a driven, detail-oriented individual to help manage our office operations and data processes to support our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support decision-making, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data Input & Management: Oversee accurate data input and ensure consistent updates to internal systems and databases.
  • Process Management: Implement, monitor, and refine office systems and processes to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Office Policies: Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed, ensuring smooth and compliant office operations.
  • Coordination: Coordinate office logistics and support staff in ensuring operations run smoothly.
  • Promise Keeping: Ensure all tasks, projects, and client commitments are completed on time, keeping track of deadlines and follow-ups to prevent any detail from being overlooked.
  • Reporting: Produce reports based on data analysis and provide insights into office performance, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Team Support: Work closely with the wider team, proactively identifying areas for improvement and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
