• We specialise in formulating, manufacturing, and supplying professional hair care products

POSITION: This will only suit a person with current experience in a similar type and size of manufacturing

• Suits a hands-on person
• Determine responsibilities of workers to identify areas of duplication
• Monitor production processes and adjust as needed
• Optimise and improve the efficiencies of manufacturing processes
• Ensure optimum performance of plant is maintained
• Identify issues in production cycle, proactively create, and implement solutions
• Manage Contractors to ensure job specifications are met, compliance with safety and operational standards
• Preparation of commercial batch manufacturing procedures in collaboration with Chemical Engineer
• Production Quality Control and ensure smooth functioning of production lines
• Develop SOPs, ensuring compliance with safety measures
• Participate in risk assessments and mitigate production safety hazards
• Ensure training is maintained and provide training to new staff as required

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Tertiary Degree in Production Engineering
• Minimum 2 year’s hands-on experience in similar, or same roll
• Intrinsic understanding of production processes
• Excellent technical skills including design experience
• Prioritizing and managing activities skills
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Comfortable working in teams and independently
