What You’ll Bring:

  • Leadership Experience: You’ve led teams before, particularly those with confident or, at times, challenging personalities. Whether they’re high-energy, creative, or seasoned professionals, you know how to bring out the best in each individual and align them toward common goals.
  • Strategic Thinking & Innovation: You don’t just focus on the day-to-day tasks; you’re constantly thinking about what’s next and how to improve processes. You know how to approach senior leaders, C-level executives, and your own team with fresh ideas and solutions that will drive the company’s future.
  • Master Communicator: Whether you’re managing team dynamics or communicating with stakeholders, you know how to adapt your style to get the best results. Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently is essential in ensuring everyone is aligned, from senior leadership to your team members.
  • Experience at a Senior Level: You’ve been in a senior or director-level role before, with a track record of leading teams and projects successfully. You know how to take ownership of your work and drive results without needing constant guidance.
  • Practical Experience with Australian HR: You’ve worked within the Australian employment framework and legislation extensively; familiar with awards and compliance, you offer practical advice on navigating these challenges to enable the business and not put the brakes on. You don’t believe in policies for the sake of having policies!
  • A Collaborative & Committed Mindset: You’re someone who thrives on collaboration and is ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the challenges at hand. You’re looking for a long-term opportunity, a place where you can grow, contribute, and make a real difference.
