The Company

Our client is a leading a leading luxury home business, developing high-end residential and commercial spaces, enriching the communities in which they serve. During an exciting time of growth, they are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to drive core people initiatives that enable a high-performance culture.

The Leaders

You will report into a renowned Managing Director who has a wealth of experience leading cross-functional teams both locally and internationally. The broader leadership team are formiddable in their field, passionate about what they do whilst all working towards a shared purpose.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to take ownership of the People function where you’ll have the opportunity to be instrumental in shaping the people strategy to align with business growth, while also leading a strong HR Business Partner.

You’ll work across all areas of the employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders on everything from talent and capability to performance and culture, while continuously improving internal systems and practices to elevate the employee experience.

• You’ll need to be comfortable operating across both the strategic and day-to-day—able to zoom out to drive direction, while staying close enough to the detail to ensure meaningful execution.
• Providing hands-on, generalist HR support across performance, employee relations, engagement, and process improvements.
• Building and delivering people programs that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and performance.
• Supporting internal recruitment and future talent planning.
• Evolving learning and development frameworks and managing compliance-based training.
• Drafting and coordinating internal communications in partnership with the SLT.

About You

We are seeking a pragmatic, commercial and dynamic People & Culture professional who has a broad generalist background supporting a business that has a blend of corporate and operational teams.

Demonstrated capability in developing high-performance cultures that achieve business outcomes with a high level of engagement is key. You will be comfortable being hands on and not afraid to execute on the delivery of strategic initiatives.

An eye for process optimisation with the ability to be agile in your approach will see you succeed. In addition to this, your ability to build relationships that are based on trust and credibility to influence outcomes is a must.

This opportunity can be offered at 5 days full time or part-time at 4 days per week. The expectation for this role is to be in the office full-time with parking available onsite.

The Process

We anticipate there to be three stages throughout the process in addition to meeting with a Levyl consultant. The successful candidate will be required to undergo background and reference checks.
