Position: Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

Burge Family Winemakers, a century-old winery in Barossa, is seeking a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator for its Fullarton office. This role focuses on logistics management and planning, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment. Candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities
1. Logistics and Transportation Management – Develop shipping plans based on orders, coordinate with internal departments, and arrange loading/unloading and transportation to ensure timely delivery.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management – Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, stocktaking, classification, and organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
3. Cost Control – Manage and optimize logistics, warehousing, and inventory costs by coordinating with suppliers and transport companies to achieve the best cost efficiency.

Requirements
1. Valid work visa and ability to work in a bilingual (English & Chinese) environment with excellent English communication skills.
2. Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with relevant experience preferred.
3. Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible.
4. Positive and proactive, with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
5. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
