We are seeking a Logistics and Assets Coordinator to join our team. This position is office based, located in Burswood and Belmont.
The role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient freight movement, procurement and fleet management.
Responsibilities
- Managing day to day fleet assets, including vehicles, heavy plant equipment and moveable assets.
- Booking repairs and maintaining up to date service maintenance schedules.
- Manage logistics operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and tracking of shipments.
- Providing administration and procurement support. Including data entry, sending purchase orders, receipting invoices and insurance management.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to optimise logistics processes.
- Handle documentation, invoicing, and reporting related to freight movement.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in logistics or a related field – minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Experience in asset or fleet management – minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Strong understanding of logistics software and MS Office.
- Xero and Simpro knowledge are desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication, organisational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Renumeration
$65,000 - $85,000K package depending on experience
