About the Role

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Representing the company at networking events and industry functions

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced sales manager or a high-potential sales professional to:
- Manage leads from internal sales teams, external agents, and existing clients
- Prospect new business opportunities and oversee projects with new agents and clients
- Expand and maintain a vast network of industry contacts
- Provide high-quality interactions and support to clients and channel partners
- Conducting listing presentations & project briefing
- Support the preparation and execution of channel agency agreements
- Assist in property settlements, valuations, and PSI processes
- Work closely with directors & senior agents, as well as team members, to achieve sales targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and the drive to exceed KPI targets
- Possess a current Agents Representative Certificate or be in the process of obtaining it
- 1+ years of business development experience (preferred but not essential)
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is an advantage but not required
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
